What started as a love for food, family, and sharing their culture with others became a food truck built from the ground up. Together, they turned an idea into a business that brings authentic street tacos and Salvadoran inspired flavors to communities across Edmonton.
As owners, they wear every hat imaginable. From planning menus and sourcing ingredients to serving customers and managing the day to day operations, their passion and dedication keep the truck rolling.
Their goal has always been simple: serve amazing food, create memorable experiences, and make everyone who visits feel like part of the family.

She is the heart of Street Taco YEG.
Whether she’s helping prepare recipes passed down through generations, offering advice, lending a hand wherever needed, or simply bringing warmth and positivity to every event, her influence can be felt in everything we do.
Many of the flavors that make our food special come from traditions and techniques that have been shared through her over the years.

The youngest member of the team and easily one of the hardest working.
At just 15 years old, she brings an incredible work ethic, endless energy, and a positive attitude to every shift. Whether she’s helping prepare ingredients, serving customers, organizing supplies, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she never backs down from hard work.
Customers quickly notice her friendly smile and willingness to help, and we’re proud to have her representing the next generation of our family business.
